Rental Rates

Rates will vary depending on the time of year, length of stay, whether you are a return guest, etc.  Please "click" on the picture (on the right) for details on all costs.

If you find a time period that works for you, simply use the "Contact Us" page to send an email.  Please remember to specify what time periods you are interested in.

Note - weeks will remain "open" until your reservation is finalized.  Once we receive a request, we will block out the dates - but you still need to finalize the initial deposit, etc.

Arrival / Departure Times - we normally do Saturday to Saturday schedules, but we can be flexible depending on your needs. 

               Check-in times are 3 PM or later on the day of your arrival.

               Check-out time is by or before 10 AM on the day of your departure. 

The time period in between allows the cleaning and maintenance crews 5 to 6 hours to prepare the house for the next guests.  We have a professional cleaning crew that goes thru the house top to bottom.  Our maintenance crew is also on site performing a number of tasks as well.  Our goal is to have the house in the best shape possible for your arrival.

Specials and Promotions !!

We offer discounts on reservations for time that is within 60 days of occurring.  Basically - if we are not booked for a time slot that is within 2 months of today, you can get a discount on the overall rental rate.

The closer it is to the time you would use the Beach House, the larger the discount.  If you book a week that is about to "expire" you can get a 50% discount on the rental rate.  A last minute vacation for the very next week is a 50% savings off the rate.
