 | Televisions - we have a total of five (5)
color TV's in the house. Each Bedroom has their own TV set-up
and all have satellite (Direct TV) boxes as well. The Living
Room has a 36" set, with the Master and large Guest Bedrooms having
32" sets. The upstairs 3rd Bedroom has a 27" TV and the
downstairs 4th Bedroom has the 50" Plasma TV. Note that the
Living Room and the Plasma TV both have surround sound systems as
well, |

| Satellite - Direct TV - we have Direct TV
for all of the TV hook-ups. We subscribe to ALL of the movie
channels including HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, Starz!, and the Total
Choice package. Please remember that some of these
channels present adult themes later in the night - however you can
update the parental control feature on all of the TV's once you
arrive. |

| DVR (Recorder) - the Living Room TV has a
DVR satellite box that allows you to record shows and events as
needed. You can also fast forward thru commercials, do replays,
pause live shows, etc. This way, you won't miss your favorite
shows if you are out enjoying the Island, walking on the Beach, or the
Kids want to finish seeing a movie and you are ready to go somewhere. |

| DVD / VHS Systems - we have 3 systems at
this time, each system can play or use DVD's or VHS tapes to play
movies. The one system is located in the Living Room, one in the
Master Bedroom, and the
3rd system is located in the 4th Bedroom connected to the 50" Plasma
TV. Two of these systems are also the surround sound systems for these
TV's. |

| Stereo Systems -
we have a portable stereo that you can take down to the Beach or out
by the Swimming Pool. As always, please be careful of using
electrical appliances by the Swimming Pool or the Jacuzzi. It is
a CD Player and Radio. Also, in each of the 3 upstairs Bedrooms,
we have a CD Player, Tape Player, and Radio system as well.
There is a larger stereo system located in the Game Room that has a CD
Player and a Radio. Note that the two surround sound systems in
the Living Room and the downstairs 4th Bedroom also can play CD's and
have Radio features. We are installing a large stereo in the
Living Room that connects to speakers on the upstairs front porch
deck. Overall, there is a great deal of musical equipment
available in the Beach House. |

| Xbox System - the system has four (4)
controllers for multiple-user play. Two of the controllers are
hard-wired with the other two being remote. We have over
fourteen (14) games and a pretty wide variety to choose from. We
also have the steering wheel accessory that has the pedals and so
forth. There are other accessories as well. Note that this
system is to remain in the upstairs 3rd Bedroom and is connected to a
27" inch color TV. Please do not move the system to any of the
other TV's especially the Plasma TV. |

| Video Library - we also provide a number of
