 | Crib - we have an adjustable (height) style
crib that is of normal size. We have infant pillows and linens
as well. The crib must be assembled for use - as depending on
your infant, you may want to adjust the height. However, it is
pretty easy to assemble. If you notify us in advance as to the
height, which Bedroom it is to be located - we can have it ready upon
your arrival. |

| Playpen - this is a very nice fold-away
playpen that is portable (it actually has wheels) and can be taken
anywhere. It is of very durable qualities and will fit almost
anywhere throughout the Beach House. We also have additional
pillows and blankets that can be used for the Playpen. |

| High Chair - we have an adjustable High
Chair that has support straps, etc. for your use. It is very
sturdy and is one of the easier ones I have ever used. |

| Stroller - this is a small portable, simple
to use Stroller. It is not one of those big strollers - but what
I would call an umbrella stroller. However it works and is easy
to take to restaurants and places where you can tuck it away while you
are there. |

| Toddler Bed - this is currently located in
the upstairs 3rd Bedroom area. However, you can move it to other
areas of the Beach House as needed. We have pillows and linens
for this bed as well. We keep a very large Bear with the Bed -
as it helps to break the ice with the Toddler in sleeping in an
unfamiliar bed. |

| Gates for Stairs - we have installed gate
holders at the top of both sets of outside deck stairways. The
two gates are stored at the base of the Spiral Staircase and they
simply fit and lock in place. Note that depending on the
ingenuity and strength of your kids, you can even place the locking
device on the other side (basically flip it around). Then you
have to be big enough to reach over and strong enough to release the
gate. As for the Spiral Staircase, there is another wooden gate
located with the outside gates, that fits into the top railing area.
You can basically "pinch" it into place or secure it a number of ways
to prevent infant / toddler access to the stairs. |

| Toys & Playground - we have floaties, pool,
and beach toys - but you should still plan on bringing stuff they are
familiar with. There is also a public playground with swings,
climbing stuff, slides, etc. We have a variety of "inside" games
and toys as well - ranging from small infants to toddlers. |
