 | Pool Equipment - we
have a number of pool items for you to enjoy. This will range
from flotation items to various pool toys. We have an infant
ring, "floaties", and other items for smaller children. We have
dive sticks, water volleyball, etc. Some items are stored in an
outside storage box next to the pool, with the rest located in the
Storage Room. |

| Beach Equipment -
there are several large beach umbrellas (with a rubber mallet for driving it
into the sand). We also have a variety of beach chairs, boogie
(surf) boards, skim boards, beach toys / games, volleyballs, and so
forth. There is a beach wagon for hauling stuff to and from the
beach. We have a variety of coolers as well. |

| Sports Equipment
- there are a number of items located in the Storage Room for your use.
There is a crocket set (for the backyard), horseshoe set, a
basketball hoop (several balls), sixteen (16) bicycles of varying sizes, baseball bats, tennis
rackets, and more ! If there is something you are looking for,
let us know and we will get it in advance of your trip. |

| Fishing Equipment -
also located in the Storage Room are fishing poles (deep sea / pier
types and fresh water types). There is a variety of tackle
boxes, a long pole fishing net, and bait buckets. We also have
several crab traps and even a casting net. There are three (3)
piers on the island where you can fish (one within a 5 minute walk of
the house). You can even fish off the Beach or rent a boat.
Depending on where you go and what you fish for - you may need
licenses. Please inquire further if fishing is high on your
vacation list. |

| Daily Newspaper - included with your rental
is the daily delivery of the local newspaper, including weekends and
holiday delivery. This will provide you information on local
events, comics, sports, crossword puzzle, etc. delivered every morning
to your doorstep ! |

|
| "Inside" Games - we provide a
number of activities for you and your guests to enjoy when you need to
take a break and get in out of the Sun. Also - they come in
handy in case it rains as well. We have a pool table, an air
hockey table, a foosball table, and an electronic darts board.
The foosball table itself converts into a total of nine (9) different
games including another air hockey game, a miniature pool table, a
baseball game, and more. The Ping Pong table is located in the
carport. |

| Video Games - we
provide an X-box game system for your use.
We have a variety of games, 4 controllers, and a steering wheel
attachment. You can
also bring your own game system as well. Note that the 50 inch plasma
is not to be connected to any game system. We have a 27 inch
TV already set-up for the X-box system, located in the 3rd upstairs
bedroom.

| Board Games - located
in the downstairs 4th Bedroom area is a large game shelf area.
We have a variety of board games (approximately 30) for kids and adults alike.
There are card decks, crayons, coloring books, puzzles, and more !

| Video Library - we also offer a number of
movies both in DVD and VHS formats. There are two DVD / VHS
players in the house - one in the Living Room and the other downstairs
on the 50 inch plasma / high definition TV. The video library is
located in the downstairs 4th bedroom. |

| Public Park & Playground - there is a decent
size public park that is within a 10 minute walk of the house.
It has a playground, picnic tables, cooking areas, bathrooms, and
beaches. Believe it or not - it is rarely used, as many people
just don't know it is there. It is located directly between the
two piers on the northern tip of the Island. |

| Small Children / Infants - we have an infant
bed located in the 3rd upstairs bedroom that can be moved as needed
into any of the other bedrooms. We also have a high chair, a
portable playpen, a large crib, a stroller, gates for all of the
stairs, and so forth. We are pretty well set-up for infants and
toddlers. |
