The following illustrates the Bathroom facilities at the
Beach House. Note that all Bathrooms have decent lighting, mirrors,
exhaust fans, and tile floors.
One of the best things we have recently added to the Beach House is the Tankless Hot Water System. It has been added to the existing hot water system (giving us a 30 gallon reserve tank). So - now if you run All 4 showers, plus the Laundry, plus the Dishwasher, plus all of the Sinks - - you will NEVER run out of Hot Water. It is truly amazing ! Everyone can now take showers at the same time, no more scheduling and waiting for the hot water to come back. We also have a whole-house water softener to remove the hard minerals from the water supply. And we even have a Carbon / chemical removal system to remove the water treatment chemicals - giving us a "chemical free" house.

Master Bedroom Private Bath – this Bathroom is located upstairs off the Master Bedroom and has a large sink and countertop / cabinet area. There is a very large shower area (no tub) with a shower massager. There is a dressing mirror behind the door and towel racks, bath hooks, etc. | ||

Upstairs Hallway Guest Bathroom – this Bathroom is located upstairs off the Hallway and has a large sink and countertop / cabinet area. There is a standard tub /shower area with a shower massager. There is a dressing mirror behind the door and towel racks, bath hooks, etc. | ||

Downstairs Semi-Private Bathroom – this Bathroom is located off the 4th downstairs Bedroom. It has a regular sink with a large countertop / cabinet area. There is a mirror but no bathing facilities. This is a special hide-away pocket door that has art work covering it that matches into a wall design. You have to see it in person to understand this ! | ||

Downstairs Shower Area – this showering facility is located downstairs between the Dry Sauna and Steam Bath areas. This shower area is used by the whole house and is located in this area for the Spa facility as well. | ||

Outside Beach / Pool Shower – we have a "hot and cold" shower set-up outside on the right-hand side boardwalk. There is also a tub faucet located there for washing off your feet. This is a great area for the kids to shower - they like it because it is outside. There are towel hooks, a soap dish, etc. | ||
