This area is and open design that blends in with the Dining
Room and Living Room areas. The following provides further information
on the appliances, the dishes, etc. that are included with the Beach House. Note - if you need anything that is not provided, simply purchase it and we will reimburse you accordingly. This also helps us build up items in the house for future guests. |

Kitchen Layout
– this area includes granite countertops and solid
wood cabinets. There are a lot of cabinet space where we have a wide
range of cooking items. There are 4 bar stools where the kids can eat,
while leaving the dining room table for the adults. We have dishes,
glassware, and silverware for 14 guests or more. There are bowls, pots
and pans, pitchers, everything that you would think you would need. We
even have wine and champagne glasses.
Filtered Drinking and Ice Cubes - we have a 5-stage Reverse Osmosis filtering system in the Kitchen that provides exceptional clean / pure water. The filtering system is also hooked up to the refrigerator and the ice maker and frig water is also purified. |

| Appliances – we have both a conventional and convection oven, there is a second "warming" oven, and a large glass-top range. There is a dishwasher, garbage disposal, blender, toaster, large microwave, coffee maker, etc. We also have a mixer and various other cooking items. | |||

Dining Room Area – we have a large dining room table with chandelier lighting on a dimmer switch. The room has two double-etched glass windows that greatly enhance this area. | ||
