Office Area -
we have set-up an office area which has a desktop computer with most of
every type of software that you may need. There is also a printer
(which has been set-up on the wireless network) that has copying, scanning,
and fax capabilities. We have a variety of office supplies, an adding
machine, calculator, etc. This is also one of the most quiet areas of the
house and will allow you to get away from the kids to do some work (if
needed).
Library - next to the Office is the Library that contains various books for you to enjoy while staying at the Beach House. We have a good selection from Fiction to Mystery to Adventure and even some Classics. Also in this area are various manuals on the electronics and appliances in the House. Please feel free to leave any books that you purchased, that you don't want to haul back home. This helps to build the Library for future guests. High-Speed Internet Access - we have high-speed Internet access along with a wireless network. Bring your laptops and easily connect to the Internet. The printer can be located on your network. Relax by the pool and still stay in touch with your office, email, etc. Telephone Service - along with the house comes both local and "free" long distance service. We also have an answering machine with 3 mobile phones for your use. We have "Vonage" which will provide you free long distance service within all 50 states in the US, calls to Canada, Puerto Rico, England (the UK), France, Ireland, Italy, and Spain. The long distance service also offers other countries at low discount rates as well. |

Laundry Room - both the washer and dryer are high-capacity machines. They have a number of features and will come in handy, especially in dealing with the children clothes. There is also a laundry chute from the upstairs hallway utility closet that makes it easy to get the clothes downstairs. In fact we have no trouble getting the kids to do this, as they think it is fun ! Included in this area is a folding table and hanger rod, making it even easier to handle your clothes. Next to the Laundry Room is a wine rack that doubles for storing the Beach and Pool Towels. You should find an ample supply of Beach and Pool Towels here. Please try not to use the "in-house" Bathroom towels at the Beach or outside by the Pool. Note that we have varying sizes of towels to fit the person.

Dry Sauna and Steam Bath Areas - these areas are still being renovated and are scheduled to be completed sometime within the 1st quarter of 2007. The Dry Sauna will handle 4 to 6 guests and the Steam Bath 3 to 4 guests. There is a shower facility also located in this area (the shower is working and fully functional).
