February - April           è $2,600 weekly

May - July                    è $2,200 weekly

August - October         è $2,000 weekly

Nov. - Dec.                  è $2,200 weekly

Christmas - New Years   è $2,600 weekly

"Non-Refundable" Cleaning Fee of $125

The Beach House is "professionally" cleaned top to bottom between every visit.  For multiple week rentals, we offer additional discounts.  There are also applicable taxes (10.5%) on the rental rate and these are made up of a State Tax of 6.5% and a County Resort Tax of 4%.  Weekend and Daily rates are available, based on what's booked.

Security Deposits are not charged, as we have been working on "the honor system" and anything broken - guests have voluntarily paid for when they leave.

Pets are allowed, but must be cleared in advance - there can be a pet security deposit and sometimes extra fees, varies based on pets.
