Indoor Spa

		*Indoor Spa Area* We are currently installing both a Dry Sauna and a Steam Bath for the House. (the expected completion date has been delayed, please contact us for details)

Dry Sauna

This area (when completed) should seat 4 to 6 adults and has a standard wood finish with multi-level seating. The system is a “dry sauna” but can handle water to add moisture back into the sauna. The door leading into this area is glass see-thru and the Sauna controls are set-up high so the smaller kids can't turn them on.

Steam Bath

This area (when completed) should seat 3 to 4 adults and have wall – floor – ceiling tile for the complete interior, with multi-level seating. The system is a “steam” generator with the ability to add oils and fragrances to the steam. The door leading into the Steam Bath is a glass see-thru door and the Steam controls are set-up high so the smaller kids can't turn them on.

Safety - Both doors to each of these areas, can be locked (with an override latch from the inside of each room - for example, you can't get locked inside). This will allow you to lock the doors to both of these areas in case you want to keep the kids out - if needed.

Shower

There is a shower that is situated between the Dry Sauna and the Steam Bath. So you can jump in the shower in between sessions or finish getting cleaned up there without having to go elsewhere in the Beach House. There is a privacy door that locks off the Indoor Spa area from the rest of the house. This is also where the Laundry Room and the Office are located as well.
